Terms and Conditions - Digital Products
1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of digital products (personalized portraits) offered on the site. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered are personalized portraits of pets, created from photographs provided by the customer. Portraits are delivered as downloadable digital files.
3. Order and Payment
The order is validated after full payment of the price. Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider. Prices are indicated in euros including VAT.
4. Delivery
Digital portraits are delivered by download within a maximum of 24 hours after payment validation. A download link will be sent to the email address provided when ordering.
5. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a material medium and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having been informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products provided immediately after payment and expressly waives this right.
6. Warranties
We guarantee the artistic quality of our portraits. In case of non-conformity, the customer has 7 days to contact us. We reserve the right to offer a new creation or a refund.
7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
